It's not hard to notice it...with the refinery pumping out who knows what it's hard not to notice the heavy, gritty black soot on everything in and around things like window fans or any kind of caulking. It's not like anyone would tell us that what the Esso refinery is pumping out is toxic in any way. Aside from the pollution it smells like crap all around the city, this evening for example
