.... The people who were in the office were also the ones who were there first. So it's a no-brainer. They should have gotten priority. I always find it extremely irritating when I'm right there and someone gives priority to someone who called after I arrived. I just liked the fact that Uchenna automatically assumed it was Mirna telling the ticket agent to hang up the phone.
