Thanks for the links and suggestion for googling for results. Be assured I have tried all of these, before ever posting the question. Unfortunately I have found nothing that resembles instructions. All of the support docs from Adobe, the videos, the tutorials I've found online are all for something more along the lines of "continued education" or "expert, insider tips and tricks"... What
