Thanks Lizzy I think I will blanch some tomatoes and freeze them. I want to sun dry some, but I'll have to figure a way to do it so flies can't get to them as I live with a bunch of cows. Flies everywhere this time of year! Raw spinach and advacados? Well, I do like to experiment. The fresh tomato and garlic toast made it.
