I have a XL2 also and I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5....and the reason I am using this software is because I have been using Primiere for a long time. For what I want is serves me okay, I know there are better editing program abound, but I am not interested in a lot of bell and whistles, for that I use Adobe After Effects.
