I seem to remember working on this also. I don't remember all the details but some things to watchout for. I removed the odd size boot parameter blocks (upper or lower) from the registry size entries. This makes things a little easier. Also look at how the block "lock" works. Some parts power up initialized to "locked" and you have to unlock them before erase. "Bruce Eitman [eMVP]"

It does not support P30 prior to CE 6.0. The code has changed for 6.0, but I don't really see that it handles P30. You can skip the smaller blocks by reducing the disk by one big block. -- Bruce Eitman (eMVP) Senior Engineer beitman AT applieddata DOT net Applied Data Systems www.applieddata.net An ISO 9001:2000 Registered Company Microsoft WEP Gold-level Member "Anand" <a108d@hotmail
