That type of error is often caused by interference from a non- compatible antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running? As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off, although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects. In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled. If turning off the email scanning function does not resolve your problem

Great post. I totally agree that a lot of what we call "craving" in the early parts of a quit is basically anxiety. And I have seen quitters relapse after posting about what is obviously a garden-variety panic attack. They just panic themselves into believing the panic won't end without a cig. That's why deep-breathing helps -- we need the same skills to deal with a crave as we do to endure
