Hi Matthias War ein paar Tage im Stress und offline.... Was ich mach: SYS(3050,1, 99999999) REINDEX SYS(3050,1, 32000000) Der erste SYS() nimmt sich das Maximum, was an _physikalischem_ Speicher vorhanden ist, danach läuft der Reindex im Cache, und danach setzt du es wieder auf normale Werte zurück Drum is mir der Fehler noch nie aufgefallen; Binary-Index hab ich zuhaufen in

jetzt hab ich dazu auch noch eine frage: SYS(3050,1,32000000) SYS(3050,2,32000000) oder besser *gg* SYS(3050,1,64000000) SYS(3050,2,64000000) begrnzt also den speicher - kann performance bringen. wie siehts da mit befehlen wie "pack" und "reind" aus - ohne die SYS nimmt sich der fux ordentlich speicher - nach SYS natürlich weniger. so ganz dumm gedacht - bei einem pack oder erstellen
