More comments on the Bell submission to the CRTC: Damned this is long ! Re: paragraphs 50 to 57. YEP, the internet is growing. If this is news to Bell, then Bell is incompetant, and it has no excuse to not have been proactive and updated its infrastructure at greater pace. The current GA/5410 tariffs alrteady provide for revenus based on usage since ISPs must purchase sufficient AHSSPI

Nothing whatsoever to do with WMP (but WMP11 for those who will still insist): Is there a website or newsgroup where you can submit a sample of music and people will try to determine what it is? Ever parent knows that telling a kind to NOT do something ensures the kid will do it. So predicably, with Bell saying that kids shouldn't do BitTorrent, I decided yesterday to start dabbing into that technology. Last night I managed to download about 500 meg in about 5 hours. There was one short period where I got 160KB/s, but most of the time, it was only about 15-25KB/s. Towards the end
