It seems as if this weekend brought a lot of riders out to do extra miles, with beautiful weather, snow on the mountains, green grass beside the roads, etc. Saturday, I rode with a group which was going thirty miles for a good bagel (I guess the bagel was good; I went to the bakery a few doors down and bought a cranberry scone.). On our way back, a rider asked me "Is this the way to Newport
