The difficulty should be only with investments that had a spin off. Somehow MS changes the spin off to a split. This issue was reported to MS well over a month ago and still is not resolved. I suggest you call the support people and put some pressure on. I have done so several times. "peterhoa" wrote: > No, the split is happening on many stocks. See other posts re phantom > splits

No, the split is happening on many stocks. See other posts re phantom splits. It seems to be the data provider. It's a complete mess. The splits change the number of shares, effectively corrupting your portfolio. It only recently started happening. It happens in all markets (US, Australia....) and to a significant percentage of stocks. Work arounds are of no use as it seem to affect one

Sorry for the delay I have one entry that reads 7/1 3:2 stock split and the other 7/2 1:1 split. Money still pops up the 7/2 stock split as part of the statement. ALl I am doing now is accepting the transaction (no dups shown in price history) and let it go an and show me my updated holdings. FRO - Frontline Limited. Had a 108 for 100 stock split on 3/6/2007. I corected this as per your instructions but this resulted in another 102 for 100 stock split on 3/2/2006, however Microsoft would not let me overide that with a 1 rof 1 giving me an error about lack of disk space. I did not bother to send an error report as Micorsoft doesn't give a fidlers fart about it's cusotmers unless

I have similar problems with 3 stocks. The stocks: Disney (DIS) showed a 101:100 split on 6/13/07; Hospital Properties (HPT) 106:100 on 2/1/07; American Express(AXP) 113:100 on 10/3/05. The suggested fix worked for DIS and HPT. I got an insufficient memory error when trying to fix AXP. Any other ideas? I'm using Money 2007. "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: In microsoft.public.money,
