I used the following program to get the x and y coordinates of biological cells connected each other by clicking on the boundary of the cells. However this procedure has one drawback that it either gives me overlapped goemetry or two geometries which are smaller than the actual cells. An example follows xlim=get(gca,'xlim'); ylim=get(gca,'ylim'); while (x>=xlim(1) & x<=xlim(2) )&(y>=ylim(1)&y
