Thanks for the info Gregg, I found it very helpful. We are pretty satisfied with the workstation product at the moment, a licensed version of AVG on the few workstations we have (3). I would NEVER use a norton product, even on an enemy's computer, although I hear the corporate edition is not a complete failure. I am really liking what I am reading on the trend micro worry free security

Thanks for the heads up. Back in April in a previous thread, you and others suggested uninstalling Google Toolbar, which I did at that time. I got a Regedit expert here locally to double check to see if it was fully uninstalled, and to the best of our collective knowledge it is.
