The first thing to mention here is that HIS 2000 SP2 is in the Extended Support phase of its lifecycle. This means that we will still help customers with issues, but we can do any new fixes for the product. If someone runs into a new problem with HIS 2000, they are kind of stuck as far as getting it fixed. It sounds like this is likely due to a networking issue that is causing a portion
