Not sure why you posted the same question back so many times Store and forward typically is a service for mail coming to your domain; Your mail server is down for some reason so another server holds your mail for your domain until the mail server is available again and then forwards it to your mail server Mail relay is a bad thing (IMHO) Basically it means that an SMTP mail server will
