After calling DELL and having them take over my computer talk me through resetting it to it's DELL factory defaults never asking if I had backed up my system or if so how I had done it, seems like a million times (TWO WEEKS), a few times... I called MS and used thier loophole for helping with MS updates no matter what... it worked great... this girl, Anna helped me go through the log files

Well... number one might be the one that is the most correct... It appears that MS and DELL have a problems working together... the NVIDIA card, GeForce 8800 has a problem with Windows Vista Ultimate... apparently there are more than 117 unsigned drivers in the DELL default version of the NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT v7.15.11.6736, dated 10-19-07... but in the newer driver v7.15.11.6925, dated
