I'd lower this down and set it on legs and leave it down, just want to pull it up for storage and strap it. Neighbor did his train set in the garage that way. Works out well. Ok, I've been reading up, and thinking about a 12x4 or 12x6 layout that will retract into the rafters of the garage. This pretty much precludes a 4 lane track, so I'm looking at digital two lane.
